1.Shipping Policy

  • Shipping to the salon where the service will take place: Free.

  • Shipping to the client’s home address: Royal Mail First Class Signed rates apply.

2.Returns & Refunds (Products)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Extension Emporium Ltd. If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

You may return your unopened and unused products within 14 days after the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address.
The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in a resaleable condition.
Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3.Cancellation Policy (Packages & Services)

Customers can book packages that include both hair extensions and an application service. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

3.1 Package Orders (Hair + Application Service)
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund only if:

  • The hair extensions are unopened and unused (as per our product return policy).

  • Your appointment is at least 14 days away at the time of cancellation.
    If your appointment is less than 14 days away, you are not eligible for a refund.

3.2 Service-Only Appointments
Prepaid services (e.g., hair extension application) can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit towards a future appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable as our stylists have reserved the time specifically for you.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us at hello@extensionemporium.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return/cancellation

  • Proof of unopened product (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
